oh, and as for the investment....tough to tell right now, the way the economy is looking it would probably be an alright idea to get into some land, or some housing, then when the economy is back up, and assuming the house/land is in a good area and the estimate for the house has matured(i'm a fucktard/tired, i can't think of the word for this right now) nicely then sell it off and leave profitable and happy

These people focus on only short term bridge financing, unlike REITS, or mortgage backed bonds. The return is much more stable than most mutual funds today. I hope to start something like this in the future if I can get together a decent amount of cash and get a history of lending going. Thats distant stuff though.
