I wrote this in another thread but thought that it needed it's own so here goes. Contact me if you need help because you have a weight problem or have gained a few pounds from your sedintary job in the adult biz sitting behind this machine that helps us make a living. I'm a semi retired personal fitness trainer that has gained 45 pounds typing on the internet that is willing to help you for free in my spare time. I'm not a doctor and I don't know everything, but I'll serve as moral support if needed. ICQ - 286982522

Chicks dig a "Big strong guy" that's what they tell me. But, what do I know... I have sex with some of the hottest women in the biz, and it aint all because of the money. I find these girls everywhere that all you skinny fuckers hang out and they go home with me... and you other big guys too. Alot of them have only done sex scenes with me and turned down the porn pretty boys. The women rarely complain about our weight - it's mostly US... or other GUYS hating on us because we went home with the chicks that they were diggin on, or they are watching me fuck on my site. Most of America is overweight... maybe people join my site because they see a guy like me with a little gut doin the hotties that they want to, but maybe don't have the guts to talk to. Or maybe society has told overweight people that they are ugly or unacceptable as a sexual beings, so they lack the confidence to approach beautiful women for fear of the rejection.

People so unheartedly pound upon other humans thier hatred toward them - because of obesity or a slight weight problem. It's sick, it bothers me, then enrages me to no end the prejudice and cruelty that I have witnessed since I started my sedintary job and gained a few pounds. My heart goes out to you if you too have suffered insults, brutality, envy and unfair treatment because you are heavier than a ballerina. You know when I was in school I used to walk or ride my bike everywhere I went. Now I sit behind a computer 10 hours a day sometimes more sometimes less.

i got a bit of a belly after doing this for a few years but its not hard to get rid of if you didn't have it before. some ppl have been overweight most of their lives and thats much much harder to get rid of but for me, i just stop eating the junk food and got out of the house more often. didn't even really have to exercise. within a few months, it was all gone.

Get a page up for webmasters.

Have a before and after pic.

Before pic starts today or whenever the webmaster decides to change their lifestyle.

The after pic is 90 days from the start.

Body for life did really well with this and got copied like crazy.

At 5'10" you are considered overweight if you weigh more than 170 lbs. So you are about 25 over.

However I don't think you really start looking fat until you get into the 200 + range or it all goes to the belly.

If like 90% of the webmasters are overweight not a lot of them will have the motivation to go at the gym or do more sports.

Half of the people who starts at the gym give up before 3 months (that is normal people who likes sports)

And Overweight webmasters (who are never doing sports) will be much much worst like 9 out of 10 webmasters won't have the motivation and will give up before they hit 3 months at the gym.

Before pic starts today or whenever the webmaster decides to change their lifestyle. The after pic is 90 days from the start. Posts: 6,285	The secret is nice sites like http://www.bodybuilding.com and http://www.elitefitness.com "If you are an overweight adult webmaster who wants help loosing weight" you might help but if they don't have no motivation they will get nothing. If like 90% of the webmasters are overweight not a lot of them will have the motivation to go at the gym or do more sports. Half of the people who starts at the gym give up before 3 months (that is normal people who likes sports) And Overweight webmasters (who are never doing sports) will be much much worst like 9 out of 10 webmasters won't have the motivation and will give up before they hit 3 months at the gym.
