I really want to lose some weight though as we're going snowboarding in February and I really want to be able to go all day rather than getting tired after one run.

They do its called the gym , a person with 20-30 lbs to lose . Who commits to 4 days a week at the gym lifting weights, not walking mindlessly on a tread mill. Doing hard work. Can radically change their body in less than 90 days. Also woman cant be afraid of lifting some real weight. I once went to a seminar the guy was a body builder and MD , he said ladies if you are lifting using 5 lb weights you mind as well sit at home and eat Oreos because you are doing nothing.

we sit on our ass all day and work.. no excercise. That is My main problem. I eat just as much as I did when I excercised... so I don't burn off all the carbs.

I've gone to a personal trainer and lost 65lbs.. but gained it back when I stopped going due to working too much..

I know my problem, just don't have time to fix it.

How lazy is that?
