Horror Movie Help - GoFuckYourself.com

Ok, i´ve been trying to locate this movies since i was 15 years old, and maybe only hardcore horror hounds can help:

1. A bunch of boys and girls get to an old house in the outskirts, to repair it/fix it/paint it. Whatever. All of the sudden, an really old lady, starts killing them one by one, inside the house.

2. A bunch of kids spend Halloween at the mausoleum.
Near the ending of the flick, someone eats a apple filled with razor blades, and its throath starts cutting from the inside.

Anyone? Titles? Hints? Saw them both when i was 11 on Cinemax.

Pusher, i know Friday the 13th from begging to end credits, is not that one. I am talking about a really creepy and sick movie, you can see the old decrepit lady gruesomely killing everyone.
Shes moves almost as effective as a zombie from a Fulci movie.
A freaking delight. and i cant find that fucking movie.

1. That movie with a girl and a boy, both from American Idol, were they both fall in love and sing.
