if you go through some jobs on monster.com for Technology related openings in Manhattan/NYC. a lot of them are makign it clear that they are paying offshore rates to candidates because "we'd like to employ americans but we must pay offshore rates", in other words, same rates some FOB fuck would get.

If you tax people who use labor outside the U.S., then you risk other countries taxing products made in the U.S., so you could lose jobs that way (less exports).

By the year 2020 China will be the second biggest economy in the world. Something tells me it wont take them long (from that time) to surpass the USA both economically and militarily. USA is going nowhere but down :/

If you need a kick ass paysite developed and someone from the states can do it for $5000 for example and then outta nowhere BAM!! a design company comes on GFY from India (reputable company) and offers to do the same work in half the time for only $200.00.

Are you going to be patriotic or will you think about the bottom line and the money you'll save that can be used for other company building investments?
