The FBI, SEC and You can help Stop Acacia NOW!

The fast way to stop Acacia and their illegal activity!

I created this new name simply protect my identity from Acacia and the others who are part of their conspiracy.

The time to fight back is right now, yes I agree we should involve a expert law firm and I already donated money for that but here is what we all can do right now.

Acacia decided to go after Adult since many that are not involved in this business thinks that this is run by some naive people engaging in illegal activity when in fact we are a bunch of smart people providing entertainment for adults and making money more legitimately then many of the fortune 500 companies.

What Acacia is doing is called Extortion the way they handled this as well as their stock climb is all related to Insider Trading, the shame is that some very powerful names in adult betrayed the hands that feed them so they can profit a bit.

More powerful people then Acacia thought they are above the law and now they are in Federal Prison.

Here is what you should do right now:

Contact the FBI and the SEC and file complaints; you have every right to do so!

Contact The SEC at

http://www.sec.gov/complaint/cf942sec9570.htm

FBI:

http://www.fbi.gov/pressrel/pressrel...ller022503.htm

The local office

Los Angeles, California 90024-3672
losangeles.fbi.gov
(310) 477-6565

Names that are involved with:

Acacia Research-Acacia Technologies (ACTG)

500 Newport Center Drive
Newport Beach, CA 92660
Phone: (949) 480-8300

Paul Ryan

Robert Harris, II

Clayton Haynes

Thomas Akin

Amit Kumar

Robert Berman

Norman L. Bentley
22914 Sylvan St.
Woodland Hills CA 91367

Call his Local FBI office at (310) 477-6565 ask them to
Investigate his part in the conspiracy.

It?s minutes of your time make a call, write a letter you are doing nothing wrong but stopping fraud!

Don?t just sit there and hope others will contact authorities, pick up your phone and do it now!

Illegal, very interresting idea you have, it would at least put a little damper into Acacia's plan.

Kevin,

It's no secret that you are a shareholder in Acacia.

If I were you, I would be worried.

It's not "pornographers" (royalities aside) that are only being ripped off it's the pension funds held by School Teachers, Fireman and such.

That's right and people seem to be ignorant of what's called "reverse burden of proof", which is what applies under patent litigation. It means they don't have to prove you're infringing, we have to show that we aren't. They can go up to anyone and claim there's money owed for using their patented technology, they're completely within their rights. But, if you don't feel that you infringe on their patent, you're going to have to prove you don't.

Whining to the FBI about it is just going to prove amusing to the person who takes your call.

"reverse burden of proof" ...
interesting I've never heard that term before ...

However, the purposeful "manipulation of sales figures" solely for the purpose of stock inflation without any real business strategy and goals other then "stock manipulation" - is ...

This smells worse then Enron ...
just look at the stock's fundamentals ("volume of shares traded")

You bet...I'm no stock expert, but based on what I've read and experienced, I sincerely hope Acacia investors know what they own ... or perhaps I should say, don't own...

... here's a copy of a message I posted earlier here on GFY and the misc.invest.stocks newsgroup:

Posted Monday Oct-27-2003 misc.invest.stocks

Title: Acacia Technology (ACTG) Pump and Dump Happening By Insiders?

Acacia Technology Group (ACTG) [A Division of Acacia Research Corporation (Nasdaq:ACTG)(Nasdaq:CBMX)] claims numerous patents covering the use of streaming media, such as video files and audio/MP3s, including original content, and is currently targeting the adult industry with patent infringement legal notices and lawsuits.

For most investors who own ACTG, the above isn't news, BUT this is...

However, what investors should take note of is Acacia's increasingly aggressive, and more aptly in the view of many, desperate tactics to get companies and individuals alike to sign "DMT" license agreements.

http://www.acaciatechnologies.com/technology_main.htm

Just this past week, Acacia *bulk mailed* thousands of letters to haphazardly demanding royalties - including many mailed to people who don't even utilize "DMT" technologies claimed by Acacia's patents.

http://www.avn.com/index.php?Primary...ntent_ID=43869

Surely Acacia's attorneys must realize the risk of bulk mailing legal notices to thousands of parties, including many who aren't infringing.

* So why has Acacia chosen this haphazard shotgun approach?

That is the question all Acacia Techology Group (ACTG) investors should be asking right now!

Perhaps the answer is they are seeking to "bulk up" their "DMT" license numbers to make this quarter appear better than it may actually be - could very likely be a scheme by insiders to pump up the stock price.

http://home.businesswire.com/portal/... 0&newsLang=en

Not that crazy really to contemplate that insiders and/or others are plotting to cash out before other investors realize most of the new "DMT" license agreements Acacia Technology Group is entering into will likely generate very little additional meaningful revenues...

For example, many of the adult companies which received the bulk mailed license notice have total gross revenues of less than $100,000/year.

So even if 100 new license agreements are entered into, how much revenue can Acacia realistically expect to earn going forward?

It's not the number of agreements ACTG investors should look at, but rather the amount of revenues those license agreements will generate.

Keeping in mind that at the same time Acacia's litigation costs continue to rapidly rise as numerous parties challenge Acacia's legally dubious patent claims...why else would Acacia target the adult industry first instead of Microsoft or Apple? Perhaps Acacia knows their "DMT" patents are on borrowed time and are looking to make a fast buck at the expense of investors not familiar with the internals of their claims.

Lastly, don't take my word for it, view the ACTG stock chart and fundamentals and ask yourself...does ACTG stock price make sense?

It certainly doesn't to me! Investor beware!

Ron Bennett

p.s. Disclosure: I currently do NOT hold any positions in ACTG

A patent is a legally recognized invention. We need to find prior art or find another way to invalidate their patent to stop Acacia. Bitching to the SEC/FBI will do nothing.

As Lee correctly pointed out in FTP's FAQ, acacia has made a big mistake in using their mailing list (wherever they got from) to mail people in the eu.. doing that, they broke eu law and they will be made accountable..

The European Economic Area (the ?EEA?) consists of the fifteen EU
Member States together with Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. The
Eighth Principle prohibits the transfer of personal data to any country or
territory outside the EEA (?third country?) unless the third country in
question ensures ?an adequate level of protection for the rights and freedoms
of data subjects? (?adequate level of protection?) for those personal data in
the particular circumstances of the data transfer operation or set of data
transfer operations (?transfer?) in question.

We are several that does not feel our personal information has been adequately protected all eu citizens should send their letter to the local police.
