this is true cept for one aspect that's become a recent highlight in the whole affair - and that's the alligations of leakage to acacia of client name databases.

then quit fucking posting, go buy a fucking vidoe, post it on your site, send acacia the URL and your contact information and find out what the rest of us are finding out ...

It is a very big concern, one I think we are all keeping a very watchful eye on....

I do know that I would make damn sure I know who I am accusing.... and know for a fact that the person being accused is guilty of the alleged actions.

This selling out part is very sad.....even worse than the suit itself

the person being accused today has MANY respectable people that have pointed the finger at them for snitching.

ok - shit happens, we all know that in this industry. But if acacia is invloved in THEFT, wouldn't the person who lost the lost be suing acacia about it..........


if someone stole your client list would you let them get away with it? Well first off, noone's getting NEAR YOUR client list, but in the 1 in a GAzillion chance that it happened I know SWIFT legal action would follow against ALL those invloved in the theft.

Your loss of respect is a choice that you made....one that of course makes me feel bad as nobody likes losing any respect.

I do not want to see some people I know get thrown into a catagory that they do not belong in...

In particular the Flynt Digital crew...I have seen some posts that have lumped them into the same category as the "they have sold us out" lists of people.

I know them quite well and it is difficult to see people you know and respect get mud on them they do not deserve.

If you lose respect for me because of this that is your perogitive. I do know that this post will be my last regartding this matter. It is too difficult to articulate meaning on broad subjects especially when they can have such a dramatic impact.

I cannot speak for everyone who has been accused of giving up names...

My point was that before sopmething isposted that could really hurt business for someone make sure you are 100% sure you know something to be true....that is all.

I am as eager to see how this shakes out as the next person.
