it was easier to assemble it that way

not only that, the cables were alot more convenient, they didnt have to turn around the whole device just to get to the proper slot/jumper

This is lamerhoods friend, posting some stuff...

Tt 'eh...

Why dont you try Thermalright, ahah ;) All I own and trust from Thermaltake anymore is those annoyingly orange fans :P

That Lian-Li is a mess... do some cablemanagement!! Power cables all over the damn place....

By the way, you can flop the Tt grill around. It involves major technical skills, a beer, and a screwdriver of all things. Imagine that!! Unless you drink so much you end up mounting it backwards.

Here is my secondary rig. If you want I can get some pictures of this beast that I regularly use...

By the way, the blue cathode is sound activated, and the soundbox is mounted right below the 5 1/4 cage. Its pretty ownage when its on, as any hard disk activity and optical activity vibrate the cage enough to make the thing go off like all hell.

Also, that AMD lettering - it gets lit up by internal side LED lighting.

AMD Athlon 1700+ @ 2400+ (180x11), 2x512mb PC3200 Sync
ECS L7S7A2 MB, GFFX5200, 120gb HD, 48x24x48 Lite-on CDRW

The little front door is to control that very soundbox. From a straight-on view you dont see all those wires (which mostly go from switches to internal LED lighting, as having the leds light it up and the blue cathode going nuts looks extremely cool, that green cathode is there just for the AMD Logo's sake when it gets lonely of its colors)

Just for shits my main rig consists of:

AMD Athlon 2100+ @ ~3000+ (200*11.5), 1.85vcore
2x512mb PC3200 11-3-3-2 Sync (3mb/s sandra), 2.7vdimm
Thermalright SLK-800a w/ Tt SmartFan II
180gb Hitachi GXP180, Liteon 52x32x52 & 16x DVD

I need to spraypaint my cdrom panels, buy a bezel for the floppy, hide the cables and add another cold cathode inside
but I told myself I will do all this when I put in the new processor

Fuck that, it be a tbredb? If so, oc the fucker! I got 2.2ghz out of this tbred with a TtV9 @ full RPMs, at 51c diode load, 1.825vcore.

Also, my apologies for the blurriness, shitty camera... but note how you dont see my cables all over? Its even better with the side panel on

Green Case: can't you buy those at xoxide?

I personally dont like premods... but thats just me... I would much rather do my own mods with my cheapass cases than buy one that anyone else could buy ;)

Nobody will have a copy of that AMD case... except for the person who stole the first one...

Crappy Photo but it started out as a spoof on MODING morrons, But turned out to be the best computer i have ever owned.
Case is an old filing cabinet with front drawers removed.(caster wheels)
Dual AMD K6 mother boards
6 HD's
Dual DVD
Dual CDRW
12 Blue LED cooling fans
2 Blue Cold cathode
Moded KVM box, attached to crappy 14" monitor, & a home brew overhead projector. 50" projection onto wall.
Oh & a beer bottle opener!

Best cooling ive seen yet.
