I wasn't talking about the contents, that's totally irrelevant in our context. The ad is just interactive in a great way

Do you know what you just said? Doubleclick is the largest and probably most respected ad network in the world. Of course they don't 'put things in your computer'.

Doesn't doubleclick...

Doubleclick track you with cookies, as you move from one site to another, through 11,000 affiliate sites. For a while they were associating the cookies with personal information when they could (e.g. correlating it with affiliate sites who gather personal contact info), so they'd have a general feel for your financial situation before displaying an ad, for example. They discontinued the practice after an FTC probe.

The ad you linked to would be interesting if you've never seen an interactive flash ad before, which I'm guessing is why you pointed it out. It's a good idea when done well, but they're not new, and this isn't a particularly interesting example of an interactive ad. Absolut Vodka makes some that are multimedia extravaganzas inside a 100x200 banner. There are plenty of video game interactive ads as well. Nike's texty/fonty emotional-appeal ad seems like an attempt by old-school out-of-it ad copy writers trying to put 1980s ad techiques on the Internet.

Thank you for your kind correction, I will try to use perfect English, and I will try to avoid you, of course.

But aren't we coming here mostly for fun and exchange of ideas? Is that so important to polish our English and think of grammar before posting? Do you talk perfect English with your friends?

English is not my first language, but, daren't click? Is that right?

"And browse around" Should a sentence begin with And, and end with nothing?

"I wasn't talking about the contents, that's totally irrelevant in our context. " Wrong grammar.

"you can browse around in the ad itself, that's the whole point" Again, wrong grammar, and the first letter should be capitalized.

I suggest you go back to elementary school and stop policing the board.

Thank you for explaining double click to me. You are my man!

I still wouldn't waste my time to click that ad anyway, now that I know it's not that well done.

Actually, sentences can begin with 'and'. And yes, 'daren't click' is one of the exceptions in English grammar, it's correct. Please don't start talking about capitalizing characters, it makes you sound rediculous.

Hyatla, I wasn't trying to insult you at all, don't get me wrong. But the fact is, I'm getting sick and tired of the gross language mistakes even native americans make, even though English isn't my first language either.
