To dutch people, speed on highways

I hope they raise the speed limit at night and the one that with working on the road speed limits only go in if they are working seems ok to me, on some roads they are working for years now, you never see someone working and you always must slow down it's very frustating.
yeasterday I heard a story about a friend that was getting fined for 600 euros because he speeded 129 where the limit was 70 because of working on the road, damn that's insane! |
