anyone here ever bought a four seasons resort condo?
i'm checking one out now. looks like a really sweet investment. absolutely amazing area. just wondering what the day to day bs might be like. has anyone bought one? not some lame 'time share' situation - i mean full out ownership.

I'd think a condo development would be a better investment than just a single condo. The leverage potential is enormous, and if you sell the units before the construction, you can get a loan and buy the land prior to development. Virtually zero dollars up front. Something I was thinking about for a while but it's kinda complicated.
