what are some fast and easy places to get a Credit card I dont want my background checked either or anything like that so unsecured would be fine and hopefully ... a LOW to NONE setup fee thnx

Unless your credit is horrible you should be able to at least get a $500 limit with Orchard Bank. OrchardBank.com

Discover gave me my first credit card about 8 years ago. They gave me a 3.5k credit line and i had no credit at the time.

You're probably going to have to do a partially secured deal and build up from there.
Like the other posts said, stick with debit as much as possible if you tend to borrow into your future a lot.

Providian gave me my first card and I had a couple of bad marks. But I think the key is that you can't have had any late payments in the past 60 or 90 days. That's what most CCs for people with bad credit say.
