Im looking to get my frist NON debit credit card

what are some fast and easy places to get a Credit card

I dont want my background checked either or anything like that so unsecured would be fine and hopefully ... a LOW to NONE setup fee

Providian is really easy to get a card through.

you know every time u sign up they run a credit check and it makes your credit worse?

Unless your credit is horrible you should be able to at least get a $500 limit with Orchard Bank. OrchardBank.com

Discover gave me my first credit card about 8 years ago. They gave me a 3.5k credit line and i had no credit at the time. :thumbsup

You're probably going to have to do a partially secured deal and build up from there.

Like the other posts said, stick with debit as much as possible if you tend to borrow into your future a lot.

Household bank is very easy.

Providian gave me my first card and I had a couple of bad marks. But I think the key is that you can't have had any late payments in the past 60 or 90 days. That's what most CCs for people with bad credit say.

No credit is better than bad credit. LOL
