About Acacia and Prior Art
I'm gonna be away for a few days but i'm gonna give you some of my ideas.
in another thread i already posted a link about IFF files in the mid 80's but however the point i want to bring up is this The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency(Darpa) actually invented ARPANET which as u know was the forerunner of todays internet. DARPA Also invented the tcp/ip protocol. in the mid 60's DARPA actually developed software to send and receive VOIP. Now with some digging i am sure they actually came up with some form of Video Transmission. i just don't have time to search through it.. See u all on and off for the next week
