Any program DIE YET from the new VISA CB rule?
Visa's newest CB % rule kicked in on Oct 1. Any news on any program casualties yet? Or are we looking at around Jan 2004 for the fines to start hurting?

I think the 1% is for a month period so we will see people get on probation in November maybe.

as per the VisaNet document on this, there is a 6 month period to get your billing systems in order
It starts off with warnings, then over the 6 month period the fines start rolling in and worsening So, IMO, I think the pain of the 1% decision (relasting to Visa) will start to kick in in the first quarter 2004 Until then, we will continue to see a high level of Bravado from many playa's |
