Depends on what you mean by "shitty". If you are seriously looking for bulk traffic, see below. If not, fuck off!
We've got bulk Chinese traffic available for $.75cpm. This is the traffic that we scrub off before we send to our regular buyers. Not one of our buyers gets Chinese, unless they specifically ask for it. Or, you want exits off other exits (I guess that's pretty shitty)? We've got a little we keep for our own "house" accounts.
