note to newbie bulkers:
if someone wont give you a tester list of 50-100k, it's a scam =) i just talked to this guy, and he should be considered a scammer selling 25million GI emails (i can now assume by his reluctance to provide a tester), for $1k...

Other lists, can't be tested in that way and need to be tested for responsiveness... so a larger tester might be required. Maybe 5% of the list tops. |
