Whats up overture...?

Hey guys,

I have been buying uk traffic from overture.co.uk and requested the remaining funds to be returned. The amount was only GBP 3,000, but hey thats money too... now 3 months later and after 10 requests they finally transferred the funds... isn't that amazing? a billion $ company cannot pay its clients back within normal time...
I have now requested interest and am waiting for the answer... so far the answer was something like go fuck yourself and we are sorry for the delay... hmmm...
I will let you know...

if it would have been in the US. they would have been commiting a crime... T+3 is the rule...

Anybody with similar experience with overture?

Anyway have a great day all of you...

Jakki

Yeah you are right... it is the company's money and not mine... I would not like to take that much out of my monthly budget for three months... but it is really the ethics of it...

Cheers, Jakki

im not surprised. Their CS is the worst ever possible and everyone is wondering why on simple things they suck that bad. One of their few positives is that they have good anti-fraud and they monitor their partners. Smaller ppcs fail on these and some of them like Xuppa pretty much they send you only fake hits. As someone else said....FTC should really take a look at such cases.

back to OV, if you dont mind, did you request a refund due to bad results?

Why would they pay you interest?

Why did you ask the remining funds to be returned? Just curious.

Credit card refunds have gone pretty smoothly for me, especially with the threat of a chargeback. If you initially paid by company check, draft or wire, it wouldn't surprise me they held it for 3 months. You really have more power when you use a company credit card.

Haha johnny... thats a good dinner

PS. Got the invoice... thanks... wire this week!

I stopped the UK traffic due to very high PPC and I could not see me making anything within the near future...

To:WG... I did pay part on the traffic via credit card, but three months is still a joke...

Yesterday, overture called from italy and demanded that I credit my account within 24 hours or my account would be closed. The deal I have is that I pay ? 0.15 per click and then I get ? 0.10 refunded at the and of the month... now they have not credited my account with my 66.66% so I had to add more cash even though they owe me... isn't that a great way to treat you clients...

Overture will be in Berlin so I will "personally" look after them

Anyway, on a positive note... google rocks

Cheers, Jakki
