There are some well known people in this biz with old ties to under 18 non nude sites. Not naming any names, but do some PI work on those sites posted above and draw your own conclusions. CCBILL used to openly process non nude sites, that is no secret. Finally, they came to their senses.

When I was like 15 I ran nonnude sites. There were lots of NN sponsors on CCBill but they seem to have cleaned up their act quite a bit.
Anyway it's illegal to post a picture of someone under 18 no matter what the pose without parental consent. Me and my friends has a kind of underground newspaper/EN/forum website in high school and the school threatened that there were parents taking out lawsuits because their kids were in the galleries. |

Living for Today has a good point. The adult industry as a whole should cut out the cancer that is the NN market.
