Mozilla Firebird is a damn good lightweight browser. It still has a couple of memory leaks, but I never had any problems with it. :D

As much as I dislike M$ I like ie better it displays html much better & with more css & html features.

moziila may not be that safe i had a auto install dialer load through mozilla

that shouldn't matter what browser you use. it depends the kind of security settings you have set.

I liked IE 5.0 best, but now I have to use IE 6 because of a program that requires it. IE 6 takes forever to load popup windows. IE 5 was much faster.

I use Hyperterminal for browsing, personally.

That is not true.

I agree that Mozilla will typically take longer to load than IE, but I feel it's well worth the wait. The only time I use IE is when I need to look at something I designed or use Outlook Web Access. And now that Mozilla supports NTLM authentication, it is perfect.

I've honestly seen very little difference between IE and Mozilla Firebird.

The big difference is MF doesn't take over all machine resources, is more secure, and is damn quick.
