Depends on the poster in my opinion. Some people when they post, I read their comments very thoroughly, others I whiz right by without reading.

That being said, I sold out because I'm no longer looking for contract work so I may as well use it to pay my rent

I think you may be missing the point. People usually do that for the comedy aspect of it and nothing more. At least that's how I see it when they do it. I never look at their fucking sig either.

I look at sigs with more interest when the person says something to me of interest... but if the only thing you say in a thread is 'gettin my sig space in', then you AND your fucking sig space is NO interest to me. Say something worthy and I might thing your sig is worthy of a look.

i agree with him on this 1... yes, get your sig out there, but not using "got my sig in" to do it.. how hard is it to think up somethin that will go with the topic.. then if u really want to get the juices flowing, think up somethin creative, that might help someone else, or give a diff view point. people tend to give alot more respect for someone who puts some amount of thought into what they are sayin..
