calm, I'm not sure how your question about fpctraffic.com ended up in a spam thread, but I'll answer your question anyway.

Yes, we do accept chinese traffic into our program, as long as you maintain a good balance of traffic from throughout the world. if you try to send us only chinese traffic, don't expect to get paid.

Right from our T&C's;
"12. FPCTraffic accepts all traffic to our program, regardless of country of origin. But, we do ask that webmasters maintain a reasonable balance of traffic from all parts of the world. We reserve the right to exclude paying for certain countries or regions of the world. It is the webmaster's responsibility to ensure traffic is geographically diverse. "

I'd also like to mention that AST does have very good PPC, and this seems like a really good deal from a solid provider.
