simple question...
serveral options that might inspire you:

maybe the time it takes to get everything up and 100% running
maybe maintaince
is it promoting everything

would like to know what you would have loved to save time on ;)

Setup is a bitch. If you do things right, maintenance can be a breeze. Promotion all depends on how you plan to get traffic.

Every paysite is different. A lot of work involved though.

i actually thought this might become an interesting thread as it might reveal potentional problems and solutions

but people seem not be interested (or dont run paysites)

i personally thing that the whole content and members area preparing is a HUGE BITCH

i still didnt figure how to watermark 1000s of mpg files
i still donno how im gonno get thumbs from the head of more than 2000 different bunnies
and the list goes on

now come up with some experiences/storie and tips hehe

timesaver tips are always welcome
