What kinda moisturizer do you use ? - GoFuckYourself.com

In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

I use Bath and Body Lavendar Body Wash, then I follow with Lavendar lotion when I get out of the shower. On my face I apply Phisoderm for Combination skin then I moisturize with:

IMPACTIVE by Lancome
Multi-Performance Silkening Moisturizer
A moisturizer for immediate skin improvement: radiant, even-toned, silky on impact, perfectly hydrated all day.

skin is capable of absorbing only two things: water and small amounts of collagen. the rest is purely topical. apply moisturizer while the skin is damp, eat foods high in vitamin A and stay the fuck out of the sun.

For a healthy skin it's important to clean the face each day, moistening when necessary and also a balanced diet too. Too much sun is no good.

For an Added benefit eat fresh flaxseeds, put it in your cereal, yogurt, or buy the oil. This is an excellent treatment.

Make sure you grind the seeds first (can do in an ordinary coffee grinder). Whole flaxseeds go right through ya

I take horrible shape of my skin - it bakes in the sun, I wash it with water, Cetaphil cleanser or hydrogen peroxide (when I'm feeling very lazy and don't even want to bring out the washcloth). The only cream I use is Cetaphil mosturizer and I use it as a makeup remover also.

My main problem is PMS zits that I STILL get in my 40's

When you can feel or see a blemish coming around "that time" of the month....... splatter it with toothpaste overnight and you will wake up to NOTHING.

Any particular KIND of toothpaste? It seems there are so many choices these days.

I have a killer on my check now - I HATE that! Almost all are on the T-zone, but every once in awhile, a little PITA sneaks up on my cheek. I'm too freaking old for zits, lol!!
