How can i be ???
Hey guys...
I was wondering... Many webmasters take Full-size movies and cut them into pieces... like 3-4 files of 2-3MBs. They manage by MGP's to get hips of people inside their galleries. Those webmasters send the visitors to their sponsers, I can guess that the content is not licenced! How those webmasters stay online ? It's illegel to have no copyrights to content and to upload it to everyone! How come those webmasters are continuing with this bussiness. Maybe there is no one to arrest them of fine them ?
