This is for something small. It wouldnt be worth the cost of starting the business if I paid some company $1000 to set me up.

There's an $800 fee you pay to the state government on top of incorporation fee. Like someone said, there's a reason why people incorporate in other states.

Go Nevada and get a Mail Boxes Etc POB and do it that way!
