well whoever created us, whether it be some entity called 'GOD' or aliens from star system 20303897AG, it was kept in mind that we dont need fully developed brains to reproduce... and we are not the only animals like that either.

can u imagine the rampant 'underage sex' that has been occuring through-out human history? only now with open and somewhat organized societies can we observe what 'problems' arise from it.

back when i was in HS, most of the girls would rather date guys not from the same school, and preferably older (cuz they assume they are more mature, which is not always true). This prolly tempts a lot of guys when they are in their 20's, that its much easier to get with a girl who is in the 17-19 range.
