I have to agree with the people that didn't find this funny.

I knew a girl in college that was beaten to the point of near death and raped..............a month later found out she was pregnant. She chose to get an abortion.

Lets also not forget that piece of shit that raped a woman, the woman had the baby...was enough of a mental case over it and 10 years later when the guy got out of prison-- took her to court for visitation rights and some judge on crack granted him supervised visitation.

Unfortunately in this day and age, that's not a mistake, it's fucking stupidity. If a teenager in this day and age doesn't acknowledge the fact that sex is not only potentially dangerous, but has potentially life-long conscequences after all the education they recieve, and all the messages around them, they are stupid, plain and simple. I think the whole incident is a shame, and it shouldn't have happened in the FIRST place if the girl had had half a brain to tell him to wrap it. She could have ended up with AIDS just as easily. Sex isn't a game, these days it can be deadly.

Walk up to ONE teenager and ask them if it's a good idea to have unprotected sex.. I guarantee 99% of them will say NO! You can get AIDS! They KNOW, they're just too fucking dumb (as in young dumb) to take it seriously.

I think abortion is one of those issues that's dependant on the situation. If some dumb bitch gets herself knocked up because she wasn't smart enough to wrap it, in MY perfect world she'd be forced to HAVE the baby, then give it up to a family that couldn't have children of their own and really wanted one. I disagree with abortion as a form of birth control, but I can't TOTALLY diasagree with abortion. What about aborting an etopic pregnancy (a tubal pregnancy). It's a pregnancy that WILL KILL both mother AND CHILD WITHOUT FAIL. Is she a murderer if she has an abortion in that case? What about a young girl (12-13 years old) who gets pregnant from brutal rape? Is she supposed to go through pregnancy and birth to a child who is the product of brutality? Or incest (where the child has good potential for retardation or other physical problems?). Honestly, I think it's very situational. Imagine being a woman in the positions I've mentioned here (or a child, for that matter) and then tell me that you would never have an abortion.
