The patch doesn't know when you're stressing.. it just does it's job and evenly distributes X nicotine in 24 hours. *I started rolling them because I can be lazy about things like that, so it automatically forced me to cut down (and I assume the tobbacco is cleaner to boot). I was really determined to quit when I used the patch... and a couple months before I started smoking 'roll your owns' - those stained my smoking fingers orange & black over about a 6 weeks.. so that was a rude awakening to what my lungs might look like after the years of smoking. The patch can work if you understand how it works... but if the gum is working for you, thats cool too |

It's gonna be a tough battle, I smoke(d) 2.5 to 3 packs a day. The amount of money I'll be saving is motivation enough, but the main reason, other than my health of course, is my band....I play drums in a punk rock band, and I just can't fucking keep up anymore. |
