It works, so long as you remember the patch doles out that nicotine at an even rate over 24 hours... so when you hit a stressfull spike (while on the patch) you just gotta kick back for 10-20 mins & calm down, then you'll be all good again when the nicotine drip kicks back in

I've actually just started chewing nicotine gum, I tried the patch last time, it didn't really work out for me. There's no way for me to quit cold turkey, I gotta have a crutch.
