Whats the quality of an outputted WMF file throuh that thing after it has been chopped and recompressed to another working WMF?

If you are referring to ASFTools.....All it does is cut. No other processing or recompressing.

Been looking for this also, the last program I used re-encoded the wmv, it grew larger than the original even though it was chopped and the video quality was horrible.
