search google for ASF tools works great and is free.

If you are referring to ASFTools.....All it does is cut. No other processing or recompressing.

Cool didnt know this tool was out there.

Been looking for this also, the last program I used re-encoded the wmv, it grew larger than the original even though it was chopped and the video quality was horrible.
