The best book to read to snap you out of a religious state of mind is the Bible. Like Amp I was forced to read it front to back for the greater part of my young life. The more you learn the more there is to question. You find more facts contradicting each other in the book itself as well as more facts that contradict modern science.

God commanded the Jews to rip unborn babies from their mother's wombs. God favors abortion if the parents are unfit, and this verse proves it.
