captions in premiere?

Hello, I had a quick question. I have a long movie and I was wanting to make a photo gallery out of it. I was wanting about 130-140 pictures. Is there a program that I can automaticly take pictures from the movie and it automaticly saves them, so I dont have to do it manually?

I just want captions in my movie set as a jpg
Thanks

From the original .avi file, hit ctrl-alt-m and save as a bitmap...from there, convert to jpeg. they turn out sweet.
