Freepassbucks (the program backed by Platinum Bucks ), but they do send trash traffic to a dialer.  The first pays 50% for all dialer revenue, but the second also convert great.

Free Ezine Bucks 1 in 6/8 ratio, they post top sites by conversion each day and no matter what kind of traffic I throw at them they always convert with great results.
