I want to start a paysite with paycom or other us cc processors, but i'm not from us
Who can help me create company in us?
Where can i create such company, who can help me pay taxes and etc, etc... I just want make paysite(s), sell membership using other webmasters, take care of marketing and get my money from processors directly to my bank account  i dont want take care of other shit like company in us, taxes etc... etc... help me do this very easy i'm from Europe

Why don't you use the EU branch of CCbill , Ibill or other???
If you want a US corp. I used the oiutfit in my sig. Open a US bank account ( I use TD Waterhouse in NY) and get an accountant to do the remittance to IRS... But still, use a EU biller.

why do you want US corp?
Bunch of problems man...use ccbill and ibill in the EU if you are there! Much easier and less headaches |

i m fro EU to... for me and ibill is the great for the on time payments and MC rules. i recommend to you ibill for US & EU subscribers.... (but i m still lookin for asians..) J. |
