Who can help me create company in us?

Where can i create such company, who can help me pay taxes and etc, etc...

I just want make paysite(s), sell membership using other webmasters, take care of marketing and get my money from processors directly to my bank account

i dont want take care of other shit like company in us, taxes etc...

etc...

help me do this very easy
