Is "hotlinking" illegal?
If someone had a script that stripped the design from a TGP gallery, and reformatted it... but, hotlinked the thumbs and fullsized images/movies... is that illegal?
Would it be legal if the person hosting the content agreed to do this? And would this be in violation to content provider agreements to your knowledge?

According to me such programs already exist, and yes it is illigal if the owner didn't agree on it. Would you give permission to such a program owner to steal your bandwidth and you get nothing in return cause he strips the gallery?
