If someone had a script that stripped the design from a TGP gallery, and reformatted it... but, hotlinked the thumbs and fullsized images/movies... is that illegal?
Would it be legal if the person hosting the content agreed to do this?
And would this be in violation to content provider agreements to your knowledge?
