Yesterday we had hired our first junior programmer and he is telling me that regular training is boring him to death, and so far hes made it look extremely easy. So here I am posting this, You guys got any grunt programming work you need done?

We will be monitoring him for quality assurance and the price on his head is only 10$ usd an hour.

Try to keep it relatively simple for his sake. Thanks

How old is he? What does he code in?

I hired a 14 year old programmer once. 6 weeks and a Paypal complaint later... all I ended up with, was a non-working source code and he told me to compile it in VB myself.

im sure there are alot of guys that would do side work in php for 10 bucks an hour, if they can contract a job that say takes 10 hours then do it in 3, hell thats not a bad job real fast

well, he will do dishes lawns, dog walkings and also clean windows, but you need to pay him in beer for that. and no his isn't from india, he just wants to prove himself, since he is our new guy.
