Your full name or full name of the company
Your Webmaster ID and Security Code
Complete mailing address
Telephone number with area codes and email address
Your Website ID's

Given the volume that we anticipate receiving, please allow up to 6 weeks for us to respond to your correspondence. if you have a temporary password issue (member access problems) using Verotel as a billing provider they'll stop your checks. I'm looking at $2300.00 in Verotel checks that came back to me stopped right now although the access issue was cleared up pretty quickly. I'm hoping that they'll re-issue these checks with no hassles, but since their San Francisco couldn't tell me when the Netherlands office was open and they hung up on me after I pressed the issue I'm not that optimistic.

who wants to bet me that they didn't refund any of my members?
