In order to receive our settlement documentation and other pertinent information, you must send us a letter detailing your payee name, contact information and all site IDs that you held under the Globosale.net by October 8, 2003. Please ensure your letter includes the following necessary information:

Your full name or full name of the company
Your Webmaster ID and Security Code
Complete mailing address
Telephone number with area codes and email address
Your Website ID's

Given the volume that we anticipate receiving, please allow up to 6 weeks for us to respond to your correspondence. Please do not phone or fax or email us because these methods of contact have now been automated. We will respond only to written communications that contain the information set forth above.

There are only a few processors that you should do business with, and everyone should know which ones those are by now.

6000 websites used them? I used them as a backup, and they were ok. Whats scary, is these guys were a non U.S. company, supposedly exempt from VISA USA B.S.
So what does this mean? IS Verotel and 2000charge next?

They processed alot of those "under" sites

if you have a temporary password issue (member access problems) using Verotel as a billing provider they'll stop your checks. I'm looking at $2300.00 in Verotel checks that came back to me stopped right now although the access issue was cleared up pretty quickly. I'm hoping that they'll re-issue these checks with no hassles, but since their San Francisco couldn't tell me when the Netherlands office was open and they hung up on me after I pressed the issue I'm not that optimistic.

who wants to bet me that they didn't refund any of my members? :)

I'm switching to hard products and webmaster shows......I don't really like the business that much to keep stressing over it.......
