biggest as in moving the most traffic? biggest as in most clients?
biggest as in quality of customers(i.e. movers and shakers)? biggest as in who makes the most money? National-Net , Blue Gravity maybe - maybe ConePuppy - , CaveCreek, Candid, the companies who began in the beginning and have kept their customers happy. Probably alot of newer companies moving more traffic tho but making less.

Not sure what you are after, I can only speak for companies I have used.
Candid BlueGravity DataHosters NTT/Verio Right now I have a dedicated server with Verio, and the support has been amazing. I've emailed server support at 11pm Sunday and had a reply in 10 minutes. Candid also had good support, and I was using them for shared hosting. They offered a lot of bang for the buck. The speed of the server I was on at BlueGravity blew my mind. But $$$ dictated that it was time to move. Every host I have used has been good, no complaints. So I guess that would be my list, but only by personal experience.
