What do you think is beyond this solar system?

What do you think is beyond this solar system?

the chances of life in this vast universe is slim yet all not slim. is there anything else out there but cold, molten and gas planets?

what do you think it really past the boundaries of our own unexplored system?

i myself think there is life maybe not intelligent but at least some form of it.

The ignorance of man starts with the fact that it thinks he could be the only life in the universe.

Impossible.

its a good possibility of yes there is, and no there isnt.
conditions have to be almost perfect to start life,

but whos to say that life couldnt have started in a different way or survive in much more extreme conditions that we have on earth.

Okay, I have a problem with there being no end to this. It just keeps going and going... and going... and going... and... I think I have to go lie down now.

Beyond our solar system, other solar systems in the galaxy, beyond our galaxy, other galaxies with solar systems... beyond the egde of the universe... nothing, which has no shape, color, beginning or end, its just nothing.

Now inside the universe it would be ridiculous to not acknowledge the existence of E.T. life.

There are so many billions of chances given the size of our galaxy (milky way) alone... not to mention all of the other billions/trillions of other galaxies in the universe...

The other question isn't about life beyond our solar system, what about life within our system, from within the last 10 billion years or so.

What if over 3 billion years ago, Mars was more like Earth. Maybe time deletes proof of life. Over time, everything just turns to dust and vapors. Maybe one day 3 billion years from now Earth looks like Mars and Venus is the new Earth. Will there be signs of life on Earth or will all proof be gone in time?

And I do think there's life on other planets way the fuck out. Maybe life can exist without bodies and survive as an energy force, like a spirit, but different.

Damn, all this talk makes me want to light one up.

i think by the time a galactical race becomes intelligent enough to do advanced space travel, they already invent the weapons strong enough to wipe them off from existence, which probably ends up happening because of the wars, before they can advance enough to reach and contact us.

its supposed to be the cap but of course that makes no sense, always brings up arguments like:

" if god was infinite who created infinity? "

there is no such thing as existance in the form we know... our whole understanding of reality is a lie brought forth through an experiment aliens are conducting for scientific research. we are plugged into a matrix made not to know.

When you break into the main frame, you're in reality.

In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

So.. beyond you will find the Milliways ( famous restaurant )

Actually, it's been proven that there are multiple planets in other solar systems and galaxies that could sustain life. Having all those planets available for habitation and not having other intelligent life in the universe would be akin to planting an entire field of corn and having only one ear grow. Highly unlikely. In fact, the chances are much MORE in favor of life than not.

depends how you look at it. how do you know life will grow the same or have the same chance to evolve in other solar systems as our own. we barely know our own planet to make assumptions on others.

but yes i do myself belive in other life. the "code" works like this:

there are tons of galaxies with billions of planets in the universe, it is already proven their is other suns, their is trillions of asteroids is the universe, ateroids have small groups of amino acids in them, asteroids hit planets (look at the moon) all it would take it for 1 asteroid to hot maybe one of the million planets that in our definition "could" sustain life for evolution to begin.

Who says life has to be in the same form that it is on earth? For example, on earth living things have cells, shit like that. Who says life on another planet isnt just a cloud of gas that thrives on sunlight and works in ways we could never imagine.

exactly!
some smart people do lerk here hehe.

there is organisms living at the bottom of the ocean where life never hits, and where the pressure is so strong it could crush it in no time.

if life can live there the possibilites are boundless.

We are not alone. Besides our solar system a lot of different lives may be.

And we may not understand how they live.

Did you know that your brain power is as big as the whole universe(twenty zeros our something)..try dream control and you get a much bigger seith about soul and spirite and beyond universe is your imagination

btw, I feel that I'm pretty shore about this that when you sleep your soul(or something) goes out of your body..that's how he get's his rest because he need to work when you are awake.

P.S. Remeber that I said it first

If we ever see life on another planet there is a good chance we won't even recognize it as being life because it does not match our Earthy preception of life.

I think some people like to believe there is a planet out there that looks similar to Earth, only more beautiful. Something better. Something we could go to and live at. Guess what? Our human bodies could never survive unless such a place had the same exact elements in the same quantities we've got here.

For instace, take Magnesium off the table of elements and we all die. Our bodies can no longer process calcium.

So it stands that if there is visable life out there, they will be different from us. They will be configured to their home planet(s).

Accually, I am afraid you are all mistaking. According to a recent interview with a christian preist, there is our galaxy, then there is a little space, then there is white puffy clouds.. with angels that sit on them.. and a golden gate..

Its true, He said he even saw it once....

I've studied astronomy and philosophy for a while, two fields that, when combined, can help think about questions like this one.

As soon as we were able to detect large gas giants in remote solar systems, we began to spot them everywhere. Interesting, huh? So it turns out there are far more stars with planets than we expected, including some configurations we didn't know were possible. Further, it is very likely that earth-scale planets will turn out to be common as well.

The more we see, the more we see how likely extra-solar life is. And, frankly, even life elsewhere within our solar system is a strong possibility, even if we assume that carbon and water are necessary.

But here's a thought... Life is just a word for a certain level of complexity, that results in reproduction, repair, and a few other traits. Why assume that it takes a world just like our own? It might not even take the compounds (or elements) that are a big part of life here.

So yeah, there's life out there. It's just too unlikely that there isn't, in a *huge*, near-infinite universe.

We have strong evidence that the universe is finite. It just happens to be boundless, because of the curviture of space.

what makes you think there is a "Beyond" and it doesn't just end there?

Oh yeah, science... I love science.
