As long as the videos show that THEY wanted to have sex and UNDERSTOOD what they were getting into you'll have a reasonable legal footing to stand on. if they show a mentally handicaped person getting tricked into sex in ANY way WHATSO EVER - you're looking at a loosing battle, and someone will report it.

that being said and with my background I didn't really see a problem with what I saw was displayed on that site from my background with mentally handicaped people.
