physically handicaped sex would not be a problem - concent isn't an issue.
mentally handicaped sex MIGHT be. I do a lot of work with the handicaped and am on the board of directors for an organization that has several mentally handicaped homes.
There's a line, and that line would probally be determined by one simple thing - concent. If a legal problem occured the case would be based on the idea of whether the mentally handicaped person was doing concentual sex or forced or tircked into it.
Understand - there is NOTHING wrong with mentally handicaped sex. they are people just like you and me. But with porn there is a greater concern with VUNERABLE people to ENSURE that they are portrayed in a POSITIVE and CONCENTUAL way with NO HINT WHAT SO EVER of any coerosion ot trickery. As long as the videos show that THEY wanted to have sex and UNDERSTOOD what they were getting into you'll have a reasonable legal footing to stand on. if they show a mentally handicaped person getting tricked into sex in ANY way WHATSO EVER - you're looking at a loosing battle, and someone will report it.
that being said and with my background I didn't really see a problem with what I saw was displayed on that site from my background with mentally handicaped people.
