verotel clients: password count discrepancy
Both my paysites have more entries in the password file than reported on the Verotel control panel. In one case, there are nearly 4 times the number of entries in my password file. I am not just talking about a few extra users, there are literally hundreds of extra accounts in my password file on one site, compared to Verotel's POV.
Has anyone else noticed this discrepancy on their site(s)? Emailing them now for a complete user list. |

False alarm. Looks like a permissions problem at my end, which means their script couldn't create a temporary file to rebuild the password database. Adds work fine as they append to an existing file.
I have been a Verotel client for months and I only just noticed this. ![]() Regenerating password file now........ |
