HOw to get a program out of the system tray???
You know one of those programs that go into the system tray when you minimize them.
Well I had one program there, then my EXPLORER crashed, and icon of the software is gone. I can see that software is still runing, but i can not maximize it. Any one know how to maximize that damn program?

When explorer crashes like that, about all you can do is reboot the machine. You can try hitting alt-tab and try to get it up that way, but usually a reboot is the only thing that'll fix it.
