Business banking?

Hey I'm looking for suggestions for banks with good business checking accounts and services. Preferably ones that you've had experiences with and not just heard that they were good from frieds.

If you're going to suggest small local banks please keep them limited to the SoCal area because that's where I'm looking.

I've had some iffy experience with Wells Fargo, that's why I ask.

I've got my corp account at Bank Of America...

I love their online system with BillPay...I never have to use stamps or envelopes...they'll send a direct payment to lots of companies...or a check to whoever I add as a payee.

I don't think NetBank would work for me though.. I'd need to be able to go into a bank branch at times. Thanks for the tip, though.

So, no BofA.. Wells Fargo has been iffy here in AZ, though perhaps they're better in CA?

I checked Wachovia (http://wachovia.via.infonow.net/loca...anch/index.jsp) and apparently they don't have branches in CA? What's up with that.. they seem pretty big especially now after swallowing up First Union.

Any more suggestions?

Citibank is the shit, formerly CalFed. i have 2 business acounts and 1 personal account there and they rock.. the fees are low. theres hardly ever a line. you will get to know all the tellers by name, etc. Citibank is the best in my book by far. I always reccomend them to anyone. i have never had money 'disapear' or any kind of dumb shit...
Go to citibank, you will be happy.

damn....everyone hates BOA here...some of my friends hate them too. I've had my personal accounts there for years and my corp account for close to a year with no problems and great service.

then again my friends who complained were usually the broke ass ones who would overdraw their account or bounce checks and wonder why they got charged a fee....

I didn't know about the SilverCash incident...thanx Ztik
