Does ccbill send out email reminders to customers when
they rebill? Like a your membership has been rebilled email.

Not as far as I have heard. I can see them doing it once a company is over the 1% ratio though to try and get it back in compliance.

So what's CCBILL's standard procedure with sites that are over the 1% ratio? What do they do? Instant termination or warnings? How does that work?

I think it'd be nice in the future if CCBill (and all other processors) do so in the future. It'd help reduce chargebacks by reminding members that time is almost up - either cancel or a renewal will occur.

If we think that your site has a chargeback issue, we will notify you of this. We try to work with our clients in regards to things such as this.
